Founded by Ashley Tappenden in 2022, A.T Rigs was born from more than 22 years of dedication, experimentation, and a serious passion for angling. What began as a drive to master new rigs and fine-tune every detail quickly turned into an obsession with creating setups that anglers could trust when it matters most.

Countless hours on the bank, keeping up with modern tactics, and years spent working within the angling publication industry helped shape the knowledge behind every rig. Along the way, I had the privilege of working alongside respected names such as the late Kev Green and Matt Hayes — experiences that helped take both my fishing and rig tying to another level.

As more anglers started asking for help with rigs and custom rig box setups, word soon spread. Seeing people catch fish on something I’d created was (and still is!) a feeling that never got old — and before long, A.T Rigs officially came to life.

Today, A.T Rigs have helped anglers land hundreds of PBs, including carp pushing 70lb and catfish over 100lb. Every rig is hand-tied, quality checked, and built with one goal in mind — giving anglers total confidence on the bank.
